As a Music Producer who owns and operates Ruff Track Productions, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. Thario has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Ruff Track Productions provides recording, mixing, and producing of young artists. Mr. Thario is an accomplished guitarist, songwriter and founding member of his band, Electric Sandbox. He has a great understanding of what it takes to make everything from a simple demo to a successful commercial release. John always puts the music first, delivering mixes with a modern vibe, energy and bite. He takes a personal, hands-on approach, ensuring that every project reaches its full potential.
John has shared the stage from Japan to Detroit opening for international acts, such as Lover Boy, Quiet Riot, Pat Travers, Molly Hatchet, Friction, Mocking Bird, Misery, and Dave Hellwig. He has worked in the studio with Producer Rob Beaton (Whitney Houston, Sammy Hagar, ESPN's Monday Night Football theme) and many musicians including Jason Wolfe of AThousand Kingdoms; John Michael of Vent; John Tilton, Bassist of Ray Uribe's Roadside Attraction; The Late LLoyd Norman of Norman Sound; and most recently San Jose, California's own "Tut" of Long Gone Bon; Toby Zambetti; Carolyn Thorn; Danny Carr; ID The Band; and Michael Kline and Bob Brannan of the hard hitting band Brannan.
