As Owner of RK Production and Real Estate Services for the past 5 years, Mr. Germain has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Mr. Germain is a Licensed Realtor involved in assisting clients with the buying and selling of houses. He is also a musician and the leader of the Compas/Reggae band, Racine Creyol for which he sings lead as well as playing tenor sax and the congas. Ducarmel also plays traditional Haitian drums for the Racine Kreyol Drum and Dance. During his collegiate career, Mr. Germain earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture.
