Garfan is a music project started in 2004 by its lead guitarist-vocalist-songwriter, Dale Hayes Sr. Born in Sioux City, Iowa and now a resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, Dale's passion is to create a distinctive type of rock. When an illness began to rob him of his eyesight, he decided not to sit on his laurels and created an outlet to perform his original compositions, hence, rock band Garfan. But Garfan would not be complete without his equally talented band members.
In comes Katie Preston on vocals, Lee Tasey on guitar, and Eric Lee on drums. With Dale's leadership and his band members' unique musical styling, Garfan breathed life into music and presented inspired heavy rock. Listen in to rock music that's melodic and lyrically emotional - elements that are sometimes forgotten by even the most popular of rock musicians.
