Wrongful Death's Metal Edge

HOLLYWOOD, CA, February 10, 2011 /Music PR News/ -- With the force of Thor's hammer and the icy bleakness of the Arctic tundra, Wrongful Death are surging forward with an intense, all out metallic assault. Explosive riffs hotter than their hometown Miami climate, gut wrenching vocals, and earth shattering double bass drumming are all part of the toxic formula, which oozes from the speakers with each and every song. Supported by a freshly assembled lineup, their debut EP The Assembly, and upcoming tour plans, Wrongful Death are poised to steamroll their way through the metal scene.
Founded in 2009 by original members Ariel Fux and Mike Rothman, Wrongful Death was the brainchild of two superbly talented 15-year-old metal fanatics. Blending elements of death metal, thrash, and sprinklings of melodic harmonies, the fledgling group began to hone their razor sharp musical edge at an incredibly young age. After relocating from Greensboro, North Carolina to the sunny, warm shores of Miami, the full five piece line up was finalized with new members Danny Nelson, Ariel Barrientos, and Julio Garcia, this was the birth of the monster that is Wrongful Death.
The Assembly is Wrongful Death's first foray into the underground metal scene, as they rip and slash their way through a violently aggressive five song EP from head to toe. Laden with scorching guitar solos, thunderous bass lines, and ear splitting vocals, the band challenges listeners to hang on for dear life throughout the EP's duration. There's also an air of musical sensibility on the record, as they're capable of producing moments of hair raising harmony before returning to their more common freight train tempo and steely heaviness.
While the young five are still getting their feet wet with live performances, they are currently taking on booking local performances as well as a tour in 2011. Beginning in mid-February, Wrongful Death will be setting up shows to gear up for their prospective tour, which aims to hit multiple cities throughout the Southern U.S. from Florida to California. A new record is also in the pipeline, as the group is looking to lay down tracks this summer to take the next step in their burgeoning musical onslaught.
A rare source of energetic, fresh talent lies within Wrongful Death, as this is just the beginning for what could be the next sensation amongst melodic death and thrash metal fans. Heavier than a bag of bricks and bursting at the seams with mind blowing riffs, The Assembly will have heads banging and ears ringing from coast to coast.
