New Website for California Copyright Conference

The CCC unveils a new website designed to engage and involve music industry professionals. Improved features enable more interaction and participation.

    WOODLAND HILLS, CA, October 16, 2010 /Music PR News/ -- Launched at October's California Copyright Conference event in Los Angeles, the organization has a new website that will engage members and encourage more interaction with professionals in all aspects of the music industry.

"I am pleased to announce that the California Copyright Conference has a new website that will allow CCC members to more easily interface with our organization," stated Shawn LeMone, CCC Board President. "The new website that is available now is only the first phase of improvements planned that will provide greater resources to our friends in the music industry," added LeMone, ASCAP's Vice President of Film & TV/New Media.

Speaking from the dais at the "Music Business: A Survival Guide for the Future" panel presentation, LeMone said "I must applaud and thank our board members Diane Snyder-Ramirez, Robin Schwartz and Eric Palmquist who worked so diligently to make this new website a reality."

The site re-design was welcomed by the music industry professionals in attendance. "We're very excited about the new California Copyright Conference website," states Diane Snyder-Ramirez, CCC Board Member. "We've developed a more user friendly interface, a modern look as well as a number of resources for users. We plan to continue developing new areas and tools for CCC members and CCC website users. I'd like to say a special thank you to the CCC team who helped make this project come to life," added Snyder-Ramirez, Vice President at Royalty Review Council.

CCC programs are presented the second Tuesday of the month at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, 15433 Ventura Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Check-in is at 6:15 p.m., cocktails begin at 6:30, dinner at 7:00 with the presentations to follow. Cost is $40 for CCC members, $50 for non-members. MCLE credit is available for all CCC programs.
